Kent Reliance has launched a new low loan-to-value buy-to-let range with 2-year discount and 2-year fixed products available up to loan sizes of £3m.
Kent Reliancehaslaunched anew low loan-to-value buy-to-let range with2-year discount and 2-year fixed products available up to loan sizes of £3m.
Created in response to demand from its broking partners, the new range is also available for borrowers seeking to purchase or raise funds for HMO’s, student lets or those seeking finance arrangements via a limited company or limited liability partnership.
The new range includes 2-year discount rates at 3.59% and2-yearfixes at 3.79% up to 65% LTV.
