Keystone has hired two business development managers and promoted its operations director to chief operating officer.
Keystone Property Financehas appointed a chief operating officer and two business development managers.
The lender has promoted Elise Coole from operations director to chief operating officer.
She will work closely alongside Keystone’s senior management team including chief executive David Whittaker.
Mark Grogan joins Keystone as BDM for the North East whilst Mark Hindmarsh joins as BDM for the South East.
Grogan was previously relationship manager at Aldermore Bank for eight years and Hindmarsh was BDM at Uinsure for 11.
Whittaker said: “Elise has been an exceptional Operations Director for over a year, playing a critical role in bringing our strategic roadmap to life across all aspects of the business.
“Her promotion is both timely and well deserved as we further enhance Keystone’s proposition in the new year.
