Landbay has launched a five-year funding partnership with Allica Bank worth £200m of originations per annum.
The partnership is designed to fund Landbay’s buy-to-let mortgages over the next five years.
As part of the agreement, Allica Bank will fund a range of residential buy-to-let mortgages originated by Landbay.
