The 5 year 60% LTV deal at 5.69% now has a flat fee of £999; the 2 year fixed rate also has a flat fee of £999 and is available from 4.64% up to 60% LTV, following the rate reduction of 0.25%. The 3 year fixed buy-to-lets have been reduced by 0.35% and now start at 5.14% up to 60% LTV.
Furthermore, the society's new buy-to-let range allows 10% capital repayments each year without penalty, and there is no higher lending charge.
