The app, CaseTracker, is available for iPhone and iPad users with an Android version to be released shortly.
Barry Yager, founder and director of iState Systems, said: “Paragon was very keen to expand its proposition by providing its brokers with a quicker, easier and more transparent way of doing business with them so we designed the CaseTracker app in such a way that brokers can complete a case or move it along even when they are out of the office.”
CaseTracker, based upon the Apprivo platform enables brokers to manage their Paragon Mortgage and Mortgage Trust buy-to-let applications on the move.
Brokers can log in with the same username and password they use to submit a buy-to-let mortgage application online and view an up-to-date list of pre-offer applications and outstanding tasks.
The broker can select an account with one touch to look at what is outstanding on a case-by-case basis.
Paul Clampin, director of underwriting at Paragon, said: “Most brokers are handling different mortgage applications at the same time so we have worked with iState Systems to make it as easy as possible for them to keep completely up-to-date on case progress even when they are on the move and without the need to be linked up to a laptop.”
