Paragon has launched The Landlord Portal, an online system for landlord customers which will enable landlords to access all their accounts in one place.

The Landlord Portal was developed with the company’s customer services team providing insight into what functions would be useful based on feedback they received.
Richard Rowntree, managing director for mortgages at Paragon, said: “This is a great example of the needs of the customer driving improvements.
"Staff who regularly speak to our customers have played an integral role in the development and testing of this portal.
“With this being the first phase, we’re already exploring ways to improve our online offering. Key to this is listening to our landlords and creating platforms that make managing their businesses a little easier.’’
