The move means all Tenet Lime members now have access to a new range of buy-to-let products aimed at professional landlords.
Gemma Harle commented: “Buy-to-let finance for professional landlords has been severely restricted but Paragon’s new product range includes maximum loan per property of £2m, aggregate lending on a portfolio of up to £5m, and offers professional landlords facilities that are not widely available elsewhere, such as limited companies, multi-unit blocks, student lettings and Houses in Multiple Occupation.
“We are really pleased to have Paragon on board. Their expertise and experience is a welcome addition to our member offering. We look forward to being part of Paragon’s success going forward.”
Julian Rance said, “We are delighted to be part of Tenet Lime’s business going forward. Tenet Lime is an ideal partner for us. Their growth over the last twelve months illustrates that they can provide quality volume business which is a key component of our own plans going forward.”
