The lender said brokers will be able to more easily seek out suitable products for their clients thanks to improved navigation, access a range of articles and guides to help them grow their businesses, as well asquickaccess to the lender’s online portal to submit business and track applications.

As part of Pepper Money’s ongoing journey to becoming a bank, the specialist lender has built a new website for intermediaries, which it said has improved content and navigation.
As well as launching the new website, Pepper Money will also be updating the contact details for its telephone BDMs.
