PMS Mortgage Club will host 11 events on the specialist lending sector for directly authorised firms this September.
The Mortgage Extra Live Events will provide product andregulatory updates and will be supported by over 40 lenders and providers.
Some of the specialist lending themes being covered will include limited company buy-to-let, adverse credit, second charge loans, commercial mortgages and equity release.

“Our members are telling us that they expect to see greater demand for specialist lending solutions from their customers in the future and they are keen to increase their understanding.

“The events also provide advisers with the opportunity to meet with lenders face-to-face to discuss their specialist lending cases.”
