The lenders are offering extensions on certain existing offers.
Principality Building Society and Skipton for Intermediaries are both extending mortgage offers for those who have been unable to complete due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
Principality will automatically extend any residential or buy-to-let offers for three-months. It has asked borrowers to contact them when they receive a new completion date.
Skipton for Intermediaries already offers a three-month extension on new build cases, and a six-month extension on purchase and remortgage cases.
It has said that it will now consider another three-month extension subject to a reassessment of the case.
