It joins both packaging and mortgage club panels
New specialist buy-to-let lender Quantum Mortgages has joined both the packaging and mortgage club panels of Brilliant Solutions.
Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club members will have access to the recently launched BTL product range of Quantum Mortgages for individuals and limited companies who can purchase single unit properties.
The properties include those in Northern Ireland, flats including high rise, new builds, studio, ex local authority and above/adjacent commercial units, MUBs, HMOs, holiday and student lets, and semi-commercial properties.
As well as being able to offer a greater choice of properties, Brilliant Solutions members will enjoy practical, manual underwriting with no automated credit scoring.
Michael Craig, sales director at Brilliant Solutions, believes that the addition of Quantum Mortgages to its fees-free packaging and mortgage club panels will benefit intermediaries as it opens even more product solutions for their professional landlord clients.
