Steve, previously national sales manager for The Business Mortgage Company, has more than 35 years’ experience of sales and management in the mortgage industry, dealing directly with brokers and intermediaries.
Reporting to David Whittaker, managing director, Simpson’s responsibility is to manage existing and develop new relationships with mortgage intermediaries in central and northern England and Wales.
He will be helping brokers place deals for their professional landlord clients; in particular HMOs, multi-unit blocks and applications in SPV limited company vehicles.
Simpson said: “Keystone Buy to Let Mortgages is a unique offering in the market place, closing a gap between ‘vanilla’ off-the-shelf products and the more complex residential investments that require larger mortgages.
“I look forward to working closely with the brokers, helping them to support their clients’ requirements.”
