Jane Simpson, managing director at TBMC, said: “Since taking up the reins at TBMC, it has been one of my key ambitions for developing TBMC’s buy-to-let proposition to create a seamless online submission process.
“With the launch of the new online application form, it will now be much quicker and easier for brokers compared with our previous offline electronic version.
“It has taken a considerably amount of development time and testing to get everything working correctly to ensure full integration with our back-office systems.
“However, it has been worth the effort and I’m sure the new online form will be of great benefit to our customers by streamlining the application process and saving them time.”
