Amlin join RSA, AXA, Landlords Choice and Sentinel to bring the coverage on Source’s landlord property insurance panel to five providers.
Commenting on the latest addition, insurance director Mick Cairns said, “Source have been working with Amlin for some time with other aspects of our landlord back-book and have impressed us with their competitiveness and quality of cover in this growing market, and we were keen to build a new business product with them.”
The Amlin landlord property insurance product comes with many aspects of optional cover built in as standard, for example accidental damage for glass and sanitaryware, loss of rent and alternative accommodation costs plus trace and access.
The cover also extends to unoccupied properties for up to 60 days with excesses starting from £100.
