The lender has reduced rates by 0.30% on 2-year fixed rate purchase and remortgage products up to 75% LTV.
As a result, the 75% LTV 2-year fix is now set at 1.69%, which includes a £1,995 fee.
In addition, the 60% LTV 2-year fix with a £1,995 fee is now 1.49%.
Furthermore, the lender has cut rates by up to 0.10% on 60% LTV 5-year fixed products for purchase and remortgage.
Product end dates have also move to the end of May.
