Vida Homeloans has launched a buy-to-let range aimed at UK property owners living abroad.

The lender is also offering 5-year fixes at 4.54% to 70% LTV and 4.64% to 75% LTV.
Loans up to £250,000 come with a product fee of £1,995 and over £250,000 cost 1.50%.
