The broker, which is primarily based in Cardiff, has put Daniel Glicksman and Allan Phillips in charge of the London office.
Glicksman, who was a bank manager at Barclays until 2016, will focus on growing the Y3S brand in the city by engaging with brokers and IFAs.
Phillips, who joined from personal loan lender Loans 2 Go in August, will focus on helping Y3S’s intermediaries and their clients.
Matt Cottle, chief executive of Y3S Group, said: “Figures show that the specialist market has performed strongly this year and this has also been the case for Y3S and its group of companies.
"We know that the specialist market is still underserved and our latest branch opening is part of our group-wide strategy to build an increased national presence for an industry that is set to explode across all sectors of specialist mortgages.
“Daniel and Allan will be able to better serve a large base of London brokers while also forging new relationships and building our brand.”
Phillips said: "It’s an exciting time to enter the specialist mortgage market in London which is gaining significant ground on the more mainstream funding options.
“We will build upon Y3S’s deep-rooted broker network in the Capital and look forward to working alongside their teams in the Cardiff area and Manchester.”
