Aldermore Bank has hired Sue Hayes (pictured) as group managing director of retail finance from Barclays, where she holds a directorial role.

Before working at Barclays Hayes works for Santander UK, where she held roles including managing director of business banking and director of product marketing.Previously she held senior positions at RBS and Halifax Bank of Scotland.
