InterBay Commercial, part of specialist lending group OneSavings Bank, has added Birketts LLP and Walker Morris LLP to its solicitor panel.
Paris Smith LLP was previously InterBay’s sole solicitor, but the panel is expanding after a successful 2017 where the InterBay surpassed its lending targets.
InterBay said each member was selected due to their expertise and ability to offer specialist legal expertise on all aspects of commercial property finance.
All three firms on the panel offer nationwide coverage and can provide dual legal representation.
