Network to offer Air's new WriteRoute and Navigator Tool to its advisor members
Later life lending platform Air has announced plans to collaborate with mortgage and insurance network Stonebridge to boost the latter’s tech offering to its advisers.
Air said Stonebridge would offer its new enhanced WriteRoute fact find to advisers, enabling users to access financial and data admin tools in one platform.
The new version of the fact find, suitability reporting, product sourcing, and KFI generation tool has an enhanced set of questions which put client vulnerability and affordability at the heart of the advice process.
Stonebridge will additionally support the adoption of Air Sourcing’s Navigator Tool among its advisor members. The Navigator Tool prioritizes affordability in the advisory process by providing guidance on all suitable later life lending products for clients.
In keeping with Consumer Duty requirements, the addition of these two new tools is expected to help ensure that Stonebridge advisers have all the necessary information for the best customer outcomes.
“It’s a privilege to partner with Stonebridge on equipping advisers with industry-leading resources to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a time of regulatory transition,” stated Paul Glynn (pictured), chief executive at Air.
“Our WriteRoute and Navigator tools offering is designed to make advisers’ lives easier, focusing on capturing the critical elements of client needs while streamlining admin tasks and freeing up time for advisers to do what they do best: talking to their clients so they can offer the most tailored and personalised guidance.
“With the FCA review in mind, we’re equipping our sector to rise to the challenge and continue the good work already done around customer outcomes by embracing cutting-edge mortgage technology.”
Earlier this year, Air partnered with Stonebridge to provide the network’s qualified adviser members access to its sourcing tool, Air Sourcing.
Gavin Earnshaw, operations director at Stonebridge, said that it was delighted to again work with Air – this time to offer its enhanced WriteRoute support system to their advisers.
“Following the implementation of Consumer Duty and the recent FCA review of the later life sector, it’s more important than ever that advisers have all the support to do the best job possible – and we’re committed to providing that for them,” he added.
“It’s also exciting to be endorsing Air’s new Navigator Tool, a tremendous asset to advisers concerned with having the most comprehensive and effective affordability conversations with clients. With many clients still facing tricky financial situations, a simple and effective way to determine the best product and outcome for each circumstance is a significant benefit for the Stonebridge network.”
