The sessions, designed for equity release advisers who want to be experts in their field, will take place on Thursday 31st January and will be held at the Village Hotel, Waterfold Business Park on Rochdale Road.
Chris Prior, sales and distribution manager at Bridgewater Equity Release, said this year’s sessions will have different speakers and cover new topics.
He said: “It promises to be a very worthwhile event to attend and we believe advisers in the North West will come away with plenty of information and motivation to benefit their business.
“We are all optimistic about the progress of equity release and believe this year in particular will see greater awareness and buy-in to the solution it can provide.
“It is important we all hit the ground running and we look forward to seeing the advisory community in Bury at the end of the month.”
The event, which is free for all equity release advisers, begins at 9.45am for a 10am start and finishes at 12.30pm.
The masterclass is aimed at those advisers already active in the equity release sector but looking to develop their understanding of current market issues and further develop their client service proposition.
Further masterclass sessions will be held in March in London and Solihull and in May in Bournemouth.
