The session will cater for advisers wanting to get to grips with equity release, including the state benefits and legal implications of releasing equity.
Chairing the debate will be Chris Prior of Bridgewater, while Peter Barton of Ashford’s Solicitors and Gareth Morgan of Ferret Systems will take questions.
Chris Prior, manager, sales and distribution at Bridgewater Equity Release, said: “As always advisers will be able to quiz our experts on specific areas, particularly state benefit-related and any legal questions they might have.
“We also encourage all attendees to get involved and talk about their successes, business models, processes and the significant issues they face working in the equity release sector.
“Advisers should be clear that this is not a series of presentations like our Masterclass sessions but the roundtable format provides an opportunity for them to ask questions and take a healthy part in discussions on all manner of equity release-related issues.”
This is the third round table of its kind, with Bridgewater previously holding events in London and Gloucester last year.
The event begins at 10am with the round table running from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
