LiveMore bolsters team with new hires

Later life lender LiveMore has strengthened its team with the addition of two account managers and a mortgage underwriter.

Claire Aston, appointed as key account manager for the Midlands, brings over two decades of experience in financial services. Her career includes roles with high street and challenger banks, where she focused on client relationship management and strategic account development. Aston plans to help brokers navigate mid-to-later life lending while fostering long-term partnerships.

Aaron Farrell, taking on the role of key account manager for the North, has worked in financial services for over 15 years across banks and building societies. Drawn to LiveMore’s rapid growth, Farrell aims to expand the lender’s reach by building relationships with intermediaries and assisting them in meeting client needs.

Meanwhile, Leah Chiakli, the new mortgage underwriter, joins LiveMore with four years of experience in the mortgage sector, including first and second charge lending.

“Last year, we generated year-on-year growth of 300% in revenue and 100% in lending,” said Les Pick (pictured), director of intermediary sales at LiveMore. “Aaron, Claire and Leah will help us continue to build on that as we move through what is already a really exciting 2025 at LiveMore.”

In addition to expanding its team, the lender, which specialises in providing loans to individuals aged 50 to 90 and older, continues to invest in technology, including its LiveMore Mortgage Matcher. The tool allows brokers to assess over 250 products, including capital and repayment, interest-only, retirement interest-only, and equity release mortgages. According to the company, the tool enables brokers to generate client-facing PDF summaries of suitable products within five minutes.

“Our Mortgage Matcher tool is free and designed to help advisers provide good customer outcomes in line with the Consumer Duty,” Pick said.
