On Wednesday 12 April Atom Bank price matched its 5-year products with 2-year fixes, meaning its 60% LTV 5-year fixes cost 1.29% with a £900 fee and 1.64% with no fee.

On Wednesday 12 April Atom Bank price matched its 5-year and2-year fixes, meaning its 60% LTV 5-year fixes cost 1.29% with a £900 fee and 1.64% with no fee.
But in a statement the bank said: “Digital Mortgages by Atom Bank has seen huge demand for our market-leading 5 year fixed rate mortgages and as a result we will be withdrawing the 60% LTV 5 year fixed products after midnight Thursday 20 April.
“Our rates, like everyone else’s, are continuously under review and subject to change.
“Customers who apply for the previous rate before midnight Thursday 20 April and had their application accepted, will of course be able to continue with their mortgage process under the rate.”
