Ralph Punter has been made senior manager of intermediary sales, while Watts and Mashru have joined as business development managers.
High Net Worth mortgage provider Butterfield Mortgages has hired three BDMs from Harrods Bank in Ralph Punter, Christopher Watts and Amar Mashru.

Change management professional Kevin Turmore will be charged with integrating the BDMs into the company.
Alpa Bhakta, managing director of Butterfield Mortgages, said: “We have brought these experienced professionals on board to expand our presence in the market for HNW mortgages.
“The addition of Ralph, Christopher, Amar and Kevin to the Butterfield Mortgages team will enhance our capabilities to enable us to reach the widest section of the market since [our] launch.”
Before working at Harrods Punter worked at Virgin Money as regional intermediary relationship manager, while Watts and Mashru have 20 years’ financial services experience between them.
Turmore has been group chief executive of Arlo Associates, head of UK financial services practice at Alexander Proudfoot Consulting and has held other leadership roles at banks including Unity Trust, Bank of Ireland, Lloyds, TSB and RBS.
