Mike Hudson will be responsible for the management and oversight of the bank’s risk and control framework, which includes helping the bank meet its regulatory obligations.
Cambridge & Counties Bank has appointed Mike Hudson as chief risk officer (CRO).
Hudson, replaces interim CRO Andrew Shiels, and will report to CEO Mike Kirsopp.
Before joining Cambridge & Counties Bank, Hudson was the CRO for private banking and wealth management firm Brown Shipley & Co Ltd, responsible for regulatory, credit, operational and financial risk along with AML and legal oversight.
With over 35 years’ experience in financial services working across all the risk categories, Mike has spent the majority of his career within the banking and lending environment having worked in a senior capacity for a number of banks.
