Castle Trust’s chief executive officer, Martin Bischoff, will attend the lender’s annual celebration tomorrow evening at Grocer’s Hall with other members of Castle Trust’s senior management, underwriters, sales and marketing teams
Bischoff, who has held director roles at Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland, joined Castle Trust in May this year following the lender’s announcement that it was applying for a banking licence.
Hesaid: “2018 has been another good year for our mortgage business. We have introduced an online calculator to help our partners and intermediaries undertake record levels of business through a better experience.
“Furthermore, we continue to benefit from strong funding and a great relationship with our shareholder, as demonstrated in their support for our banking licence application.
“I’m looking forward to the chance to catch up with some of our intermediaries and partners over drinks and canapes as we discuss some of our ideas for the future.”
Nicholas Christofi, co-founder at Sirius Property Finance, said: “Castle Trust has always been one of the most innovative players in the market, with a dedication to finding solutions for brokers’ difficult cases that many other lenders have tried to copy.
“The news that it is applying for a banking license is an exciting next step for the business and I’m looking forward to catching up with Martin and the rest of the team.”
