Connells Group has become the first national network of mortgage consultants to trial MBT Affordability.
MBT Affordability, by Mortgage Broker Tools (MBT), provides consultants with a calculator that gives affordability results for more than 30 lenders.
Adrian Scott, group mortgage services director at Connells, said: “We are constantly reviewing our processes and how we can use technology to enhance both the user and customer experience.
"MBT Affordability will improve efficiencies, allowing our consultants to work smarter and achieve the same comprehensive results without having to re-key the same data numerous times.”
