Coventry for intermediaries has cut its rates on selected residential mortgages with the majority of changes applying to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) and above.
Rates have been cut by up to 0.16% at 75% and 90% LTV, whilst their 80% and 85% LTV ranges have seen reductions by up to 0.20%. The changes have been made across its purchase, remortgage, product transfer and further advance ranges.
The range offers a 1.89% 2-year fixed to 30.06.23 with ERCs until 30.06.23. 75% LTV and no product fee which is available for remortgage only and a 2.99% 2-year fixed to 30.06.23 with ERCs until 30.06.23 90% LTV, £999 product fee. The second product is available for purchase, remortgage, product transfer and further advance.
