Tech company Equifax has hired Tony Banks as vice president of operations for the UK and Ireland from RBS.
He will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities at Equifax sites including London, Wexford, Leeds and Nottingham.
Patricio Remón, president for Europe at Equifax, said: “Tony brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to Equifax.
“He’s a proven operations and transformation executive, who has delivered numerous initiatives benefiting end customers.

“Tony’s appointment will be integral to this process.”
At RBS he held numerous senior roles including head of commercial customer service and head of operational service for corporate and institutional banking.
While at the bank he was heavily involved in major change projects within the business, including the integration of NatWest Bank.
At Equifax he will work closely with senior managers across the business, while he will be based in London and report to Patricio Remón.
