The event, taking place at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, will provide opportunities to understand the aims of theassociation and how it can benefit both intermediary and lender members.
The Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) will hostitsannual conference on the 17 January 2018 in London,bringing together lenders and intermediaries.
These include members of the AOBP whose membership will move to FIBA. The event, taking place at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, will provide opportunities to understand the aims of theassociation and how it can benefit both intermediary and lender members.
A spokesman for the FIBA Executive Committee, said: “Support for FIBA’s first event has been very encouraging.

The conference itself will begin with thechairman’s address and a short presentation from the primary supporter of FIBA, The SimplyBiz Group.
Michael Saunders, a member of the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee, will deliver the keynote address.
Two panels are planned for the day: one tackling competition in the bridging finance industry and the other looking at the opportunities in store for the wider UK lending market in 2018.
Lenders Octopus Property, Masthaven, West One Loans, Together and Market Financial Solutions lend their expertise to the first panel.
The second groupwill haveOrtus Secured Finance, Assetz Capital, OakNorth Bank and CG & Co.
