The show will give aspirational first-time buyers support to find out about getting onto the property ladder.
The First Time Buyer Home Show will host its next event in Stratford at The Old Town Hall on Saturday 2 March 2019.
The show will give aspiring first-time buyers support about getting onto the property ladder.
There will be a range of exhibitors and experts, ready to provide free financial, mortgage and legal advice, as well information on purchasing schemes such as shared ownership and Help to Buy. Exhibitors will include housebuilders, specialists in homebuying schemes and law firms.
Lynda Clark, managing director of First Time Buyer Group, said: “I’m very excited to be bringing the First Time Buyer Home Show back to Stratford this year.
“The area - and East London as a whole - is just going from strength to strength, which makes it the most ideal location to get onto the property ladder. It’s very much an ‘up and staying’ area!
“We’ve designed the FTB Home Show to meet with the needs of today’s first-time buyer, as our team of helpful experts are ready to meet and answer any questions.
“All of the necessary information will be available – for free and under one roof – so it really is a useful event to come along to.
“As we get closer to our goal of demystifying the homebuying process and overcoming some of the perceived affordability barriers that exist in London, we can help more first-time buyers take their first step onto the housing ladder.”
The free event welcomed nearly 1,000 visitors last year.
New build property experts from headline sponsor SiteSales Property Group are on hand to answer questions and provide insight into London and the South East’s property market.
SiteSales offers a vast range of shared ownership, shared equity, and private sale homes on behalf of housing associations, developers, and registered charities.
Alongside SiteSales and representatives from Help to Buy London, exhibitors at the popular Home Show will include Direction Law, StepLadder, Which?, Southern Home Ownership, Leaders Romans Group and Taylor Wimpey.
Others present will be: Prince Evans Solicitors LLP, Higgins Homes, So Resi, and New Homes Law.
A series of seminars will be running on the day to provide practical advice for homebuyers.
