Furness for Intermediaries has launched a 2-year fix at 1.80% to 70% loan-to-value, in addition to pricing down other rates.

The lender’s 5-year fixed rates have been reduced to 2.58% to 80% LTV and 2.78% to 90% LTV, both with a £1,250 fee.
