Furness for Intermediaries has reduced its 2-year fee free discount product at 80% loan-to-value (LTV) to 1.79%.
Available on a repayment basis, the fee free product has a free legal and valuation package on standard remortgages in England and Wales.
For cases in Scotland, a legal fee contribution of £150 will apply.
