Hanley Economic Building Society has extended its self-build and residential mortgage offerings into Scotland with immediate effect.
The society has highlighted self-build as a key area of growth.
David Lownds, head of marketing and business development at Hanley Economic Building Society, said: “Scotland has a growing property market and extending our reach into Scotland will provide even more choice for a range of borrowers.
“The society is one of a small number of lenders who support the self-build and renovating market, and we look forward to developing new relationships with mortgage intermediaries in Scotland over the coming months."
Its self-build direct to intermediaries proposition it launched in March will now also be available to Scottish intermediaries alongside an online self-build hub.
