David Lownds, head of marketing & business development at Hanley Economic Building Society, said: “This campaign underlines our ongoing intention of constructing a competitive and well-rounded self-build offering which self-builders and intermediaries can have full confidence in.
“We have come a long way in the past year. We launched our very first fixed rate self-build product to add variety to our proposition and extended our self-build offering into Scotland.
“Since its launch in November we have seen enquires from Scottish brokers steadily grow, and with Spring not too far away we expect a natural increase in self-build demand across the UK.”
