The engine helps underwriters underwrite protection cases.
HSBC Life has launched UnderwriteMe’s Underwriting Rules Engine (URE) which helps underwriters with protection.
The engine gives underwriters the ability to change questions and gives help text and rules for each channel.
Working with HSBC Life and OPAL, this implementation took just over three months from project implementation to go live.

This project also included collaborative working between UnderwriteMe and the OPAL group.
