John Charcol has hired a chief operating officer in Luke Somerset with immediate effect.
Somerset is leading the mortgage broker’s sales, operations and commercial teams based in Southampton.
He was business development director at Contractors Mortgages Made Easy, where he established more than 500 introducers, while he started his career at Lehman Brothers as a credit and risk underwriter.
