Just Mortgages joined from Legal & General at the end of March and underwent an ‘intensive’ nationwide training programme to familiarise its 130 plus advisers with the network.
Antony Lark, managing director of Just Mortgages, said: “Transitioning a large number of advisers to a new network in such a short period of time was always going to be a massive challenge, but it has gone exceptionally smoothly.
“A total of 150 advisers, supervisors and managers have been through an intensive face-to-face training covering proposition, sales process and technology.
“Openwork’s trainers provided superb preparation, leaving advisers with the necessary skills to hit the ground running. As a result, in a matter of just a few weeks, production is already at higher run-rate than prior to the transition.”
Just Mortgages has submitted over 1,000 cases since March and is on a run rate to break the £1bn barrier of annual mortgage lending.
Paul Shearman, mortgage proposition director at Openwork, added: “Just Mortgages is a leading firm in the market and we are thrilled its transition to Openwork has been so smooth and successful.
“We have ambitious plans for our mortgage proposition this year and the addition of such a well-run firm with high quality advisers gives us a fantastic platform for future growth.”
