Three new team members will provide support to Just Mortgages' self-employed brokers.
Just Mortgages has appointed three area directors to its self-employed division.
Jonathan Phillips joined last week, whilst Preeti Ferrier and Lisa Whiteley joined in the summer.
In their new roles, the three new team members will provide support to Just Mortgages' self-employed brokers.
Phillips will be covering the North West and North Wales and has spent the past 12 years in the mortgage industry.
Phillips said: “The culture of Just Mortgages – both inside and out - is fantastic.
"The advisers are self-employed but they get so much support and training. I am looking forward to being a part of that culture, and helping my team to grow their businesses, be effective and compliant and achieve a happy work-life balance.”
“I really enjoy working with brokers, sharing ideas and helping them develop, and I think the fact I have worked across so many roles means I am able to look at the advisers’ businesses from another point of view and offer different ideas and insight to help them succeed.”
Ferrier will be responsible for brokers in the West Midlands region and has been a broker for 20 years.
Ferrier added: “I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with the consultants on how to be a successful adviser.
"Having been a broker myself for so long, I am in a good position to be able to support them. I want to do everything I can to help them excel; I love seeing them succeed.”
Whiteley will be covering the South East region, and has worked in the mortgage industry for 17 years.
Whiteley commented: “The growth of the business over the last few years has been amazing, with so many successful brokers building great businesses in an environment tailored to their own individual needs.
"I am looking forward to being a part of the success, and taking this opportunity to help brokers build their own business and manage their own client experience.”
The Just Mortgages self-employed division was set up by Carl Parker in June 2016.
The division is on track to be 240 brokers strong by January and up to 500 by 2022.
Parker said: “As more brokers come on board, we will continue to increase the number of managers to ensure our brokers can enjoy the best of both worlds; the flexibility of owning their own business with the help and support of a dedicated and experienced sales manager.”
