The move means LSH’s nationwide expertise will be available to lenders who are looking to instruct the most relevant companies based on location, deal type and value.
Rebecca Runcorn, commercial director at LSH, said: “We are delighted to be part of the VAS panel. Our dedicated national team of 135 RICS registered valuers will work closely with VAS to provide expert advise across all property sectors.”
