Q-Mobile is a mobile surveying app that ensures residential property surveyors capture the right information, efficiently and consistently, for every mortgage valuation, RICS HomeBuyer report or Scottish Single Survey.
Landmark Valuation Services, formerly Quest, the provider of survey and mortgage valuation software, has successfully completed five million transactions on its Q-Mobile app since it launched to the property market in 2012.

Alice Hobbs, product manager at Landmark Valuation Services, said: “Q-Mobile was the first app of its kind to launch to the market and has been widely embraced.
“Today, we have surveyors across the country compiling valuation instructions, Homebuyer reports and single surveys with great efficiency.
“Q-Mobile has won awards for its innovation and we are continuing to invest in the app to ensure it meets the needs of surveyors both now and in the future. To reach five million transactions is a fantastic milestone and one our team should be very proud of.”
Used by SME surveyors and large national firms alike, Q-Mobile has been designed so surveyors can spend less time form-filling and instead spend more time applying professional judgement to the property in question.
Q-Mobile is available as part of Landmark’s leased managed service, which provides firms with access to the latest Microsoft Surface Pro tablet devices.
These are pre-installed with Q-Mobile software and are available free of charge, when they complete 40 or more valuation instructions on the tablet each month. With no upfront purchase costs or maintenance charges, surveyors pay a transaction fee per case completed on Q-Mobile.
