Landmark Valuation Services, formerly Quest, a provider of survey and mortgage valuation software, has promoted Mike Holden to managing director with immediate effect.
Holden (pictured) originally joined the business in 2012 as head of client relationships before progressing to a commercial director role. He’s overseen the strategic direction of the firm including technological advancements and the division of Landmark Information Group increase by 65% in the last five years.
Simon Brown, chief executive of Landmark Information Group, said: “We are delighted that Mike has become managing director for our Valuation Services division.

Before Landmark Valuation Services Holden had spent over four years working with The Digital Property Group in business development, sales management and account director roles, before moving into a key account director role with Zoopla Property Group.
