Legal & General has announced the winners of its sixth annual Business Quality Awards.
The Customer Excellence Award for a network went to Tenet Group and London & Country Mortgages won the data protection award.

Hannah Corporation won best customer retention performance award and Customer Excellence Award for a firm went to Lifesearch.
The prestigious special recognition award went to Essential Insurance, outstanding customer outcome was won by Futureproof and Andrew Richards won best support account manager.
