The live chat facility will provide advisers with instant information and help of difficult mortgage cases, lending criteria and additional services the club offers.
Legal & General Mortgage Club has launched a free live chat facility within their mortgage support services team.
The tool has been created to provide an additional level of support for all Legal & General members, enabling advisers to contact the Mortgage Club Support Services team directly with questions.
The live chat facility will provide advisers with instant information and help of difficult mortgage cases, lending criteria and additional services the club offers.
Jeremy Duncombe, director at Legal & General Mortgage Club, said: “The launch of our new online chat facility provides a new layer of support to help brokers navigate complex cases or get the latest on lender propositions, conveniently.
“Far from being a threat to advisers, technology like this can provide brokers with access to a wealth of information and guidance, helping them to keep informed about the latest changes in the market.”
Lindsey Brown, mortgage and protection adviser at the Mortgage Advice Bureau, added: “I was very grateful for the support I recently received from the mortgage support services live chat.
“The information and quick response provided was extremely helpful and I will certainly be using this service again.”
The original telephone support service will still be available for all Legal & General members.
