The club expects to have been involved in more than £70bn of transactions by the end of 2018 and in October it delivered its highest monthly number in the club’s 23-year history, reaching £7bn.

Over the course of the year 21 new lenders have been added to the Mortgage Club panel, including: Together, Marsden Building Society and The Mortgage Lender.
