Lloyds Bank is offering a £1,000 incentive for customers who remortgage from another lender.
Customers applying before 12 November will be eligible, while they can see a mortgage and protection adviser to guide them through switching.
The lender’s remortgage products include 2-year fixes at 2.19% to 75% loan-to-value and 2.79% to 80% LTV, as well as a 5-year fix at 2.84% to 60% LTV, all with no fee.
