The lender has signed a three year extension for the Panel Link service.
Conveyancing provider LMS has extended its contract with Buckinghamshire Building Society to provide its Panel Link service for three years.
Buckinghamshire Building Society will continue to have access to the Panel Link service which provides the lender with a fully vetted, secure panel of law firms to meet its exact requirements.
The Panel Link service also provides a range of component services to secure the monetary chain and deliver operational efficiencies in the home buying process.
Nick Chadbourne, chief executive of LMS, said: “More than 120,000 consumers took out a mortgage with a building society in the first quarter of this year and we are extremely pleased to be extending our relationship with Buckinghamshire Building Society.
