Masthaven Bankhas appointed three staff members across its mortgage and savings divisions as the bank.
These include David Kennedy, lending operations director, previouslydirector of operations at Shawbrook Bank, Mark Evans, product director, previously head of product management at Shawbrook Bank and Baris Aksoy, data protection officer, previously aninformation governance subject matter expert at the NHS.
The new roles will focus on supporting the bank’s customer service and product range alongside its digital and emerging technologies research.

The challenger bank has also promoted Al Southall to the newly established role of chief technology officer and Simon Furnell will be chief operating officer with responsibilities for product development, the post origination servicing of loans, operations and retail savings.
