After a brief break Dean Mirfin, group and technical director of Key Retirement, will talk about the opportunities the equity release market has to offer.
And then Steve Matthews, head of mortgages at Bath Building Society, will present his take on niche lenders.
After that The London Institute of Banking & Finance will be on hand to provide an overview of the new CeMAP Diploma and how this qualification enables brokers to differentiate themselves.
And then a specialist finance lender panel will take over: with Charles McDowell, commercial director, mortgages, Aldermore; Paul Darwin, director of intermediary relationships, Skipton Building Society; Richard Deacon, sales director, Masthaven Bank as well as Steve Matthews and Louisa Sedgwick.
After lunch Richard Deacon of Masthaven will talk bridging, after which Adam Carnall, head of partnerships, Age Partnership will give a presentation on the universal appeal of equity release.
Then it will be down to Charles McDowell of Aldermore to encourage brokers to get on board with the self-employed opportunity before Adrian Scoates, corporate account manager of Nationwide and The Mortgage Works talks about supporting intermediaries.
Last but not least Henry Woodcock, principle mortgage consultant at IRESS, will talk through its mortgage survey, explaining the difference between what brokers want and what they get.
